Pastor Clark Kelsey was born and raised near San Francisco, CA. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Missions from Bob Jones University in 1984, and a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Theology from Talbot Theological Seminary in 1987. He previously served as the pastor of the Hornell Bible Church in Hornell, NY, from 1990-1994, and has been the pastor of Samuel's Church since 1994. He and his wife, Carlene, have four married children and two grandchildren.
